Judging and how it works
You may like to know how your entry is judged
Every entry goes through the same criteria
up to 10 points are given for taste
up to ten points - set
up to ten points - presentation - Please note in commercial entries these have to comply with all the rules set out by the food producers governing body and be written on the labels
Entries that get 25 to 27 points will all be awarded a bronze certificate
28 /29 points will be for a silver certificate and
30 points will achieve gold
In the Commercial section -
The overall winner will have the chance to sell their produce at Newby Hall the following season .
